Transition - Final Cut Feedback + Meeting

Today we had out final meeting with Simon about this whole project, we felt much more confident. Simon seemed pleased how we took his feedback from last time and improved out work, some of the feedback he gave us;
  • New clips really make the montage work well
  • We have to look into sound design, add more rain and thunder for more atmospheric feel
  • The transition between the first diner clip and montage is way too hard, lead into it and connect it
  • Another flow shot after moving hand before we cut back to jughead, keep pace moving
  • Change the Riverdale logo to something original, also place it somewhere else
  • Add more atmospheric sounds eg - birds, water etc
  • Transition between the stormy river and diner might work much better
  • Get more close ups of eyes - this tells a story better
  • The police lights worked freat - Simon really liked this addition
  • Hold the last shot before we go back
  • Improve the credits
We can absolutely improve all these things in the time frame that we have, after our meeting we straight away jumped into taking the feedback and changing what needed to be changed. We are hoping to get the final cut done by today so we can go ahead and submit it on Wednesday.
